The Eagles announced changes to their practice squad on Tuesday.

The team signed offensive lineman Jack Driscoll and wide receiver Kyle Philips to their practice squad. To make room for the new additions, the Eagles released tight end Kevin Foelsch and safety Caden Sterns.

Driscoll returns to the Eagles after spending four years with the team. A 2020 fourth-round pick, Driscoll can play both the guard and tackle positions on the line at 6-foot-5, 312 pounds. The former Auburn Tiger was released by the Dolphins on August 28 after initially signing with them in free agency. Driscoll played in 54 games for the Eagles with 17 starts, including nine starts at right guard and eight at tackle.

Philips was drafted in the fifth round of the 2022 draft by the Titans. The San Marcos, California, native tallied 23 catches for 259 yards in 13 games over two seasons with the Titans. He also spent time as a punt returner, returning 9 punts for a total of 85 yards. Philips finished his college career at UCLA, recording a reception in each of the last 29 games he played in and led Pac-12 receivers with 10 touchdowns in 2021. He currently sits at No. 4 all-time in receptions in UCLA history (163).

Foelsch was originally claimed off waivers from the New York Jets during Training Camp, but was released during the final roster cutdown. He rejoined the team as a member of the practice squad on Sunday before being released on Tuesday. A Ramsey, New Jersey native, Foelsch enjoyed a five-year career at the University of New Haven, where he posted 73 receptions for 660 yards and 16 touchdowns.

Sterns also had a brief stint with the team and didn't see the field during Training Camp or the preseason as he continued to work his way back from injury. The former Denver Bronco has played in 20 games since entering the league in 2021, accumulating 49 total tackles and four interceptions. – Written by Liam Wichser
