Barbara Zaun implemented a cutting-edge approach to branding the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders which led to their status as one of the most highly publicized, elite squads in the NFL. Under Barbara's direction, the Eagles Cheerleaders have become known for their forward-thinking concepts and global appeal. Barbara directed the Eagles Cheerleaders' international promotional tours to London, Mexico City, Hong Kong, Montreal and Quebec City, along with their goodwill military tours to Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Diego Garcia, South Korea, Bosnia and Kosovo. Barbara managed all of the Eagles Cheerleaders publicity and participation at major sporting events including Super Bowl LII & Super Bowl XXIX, NFL Hall of Fame game, Senior Bowl, and the NFL Kickoff in Times Square. She has obtained high-profile opportunities for the squad with features in top publications such as Vogue and Elle, as well as, exclusive national television features on shows including Good Morning America, The Today Show, Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel Live and international media features with outlets including Sky Sports, BBC, and ESPN Asia.

Barbara was instrumental in the creation of the first NFL Cheerleader Calendar Mobile App, and within 5 days of the launch, the app ranked on Google Play's list of Top 5 Sports Apps. She was also the Executive Producer of the popular one-hour Eagles Cheerleaders Special on NFL Network and creative director of the cheerleaders' national publications. Barbara was involved in the creative process of outfitting the Eagles Cheerleaders in uniforms by famed designer Vera Wang and for the new signature pieces, which were highlighted during the prestigious New York Fashion Week. Additionally, she has fostered the inclusion of environmental sustainability into innovative projects. Barbara is passionate about humanitarian outreach and oversees the Eagles Cheerleaders' international community service trips. Most recently, helping to provide the villages of Cajuil and Macao La Ceiba in the Dominican Republic with access to clean water and aiding to improve living conditions for children residing in orphanages in Mexico.

Stephanie Demby-Afum, the recently appointed Director of Dance at the Creative and Performing Arts High School of Philadelphia (CAPA), realized her love and dedication to dance at an early age. She began formally training at the age of six at the Progressive Center for Dance before going on to study dance at CAPA. She later received her B.F.A. in Theater Arts with a concentration in Dance from the Howard University School of Fine Arts. Stephanie, a native Philadelphian, has performed with many companies and renowned choreographers. In 2012, Stephanie was a recipient of Dance UP's Rocky Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Philadelphia dance community. She is currently the Artistic Director of Grace Dance Theater Inc. in West Philadelphia. With over 20 years of experience her background includes performing, choreographing shows and major events, and teaching classes at various studios in the tri-state area.
