Community Involvement:

I am very active within the high school in which I teach to strengthen the community. I sponsor clubs, help to choreograph the school musical, and hold office hours to offer extra help for any students. I love creating relationships with my students, and especially treasure the opportunities to get to know them outside of the classroom!

Just Had to Share:

My favorite travel experience was a six-day trek through the Patagonian wilderness on the "W" hike! I loved having the opportunity to experience over 90-kilometers of the Torres del Paine national park as I climbed over mountains, hiked through forests, and even walked on a glacier! I was grateful every day for the gorgeous views and getting to be so completely in nature.

Personal Time: I love country dancing! I do both line dancing as well as partner swing and two-step. I even competed in country line dance and placed 3rd!

I have been to 15 countries around the world! I love to travel and have been so lucky to get to experience so many different cultures and meet incredible people.

I love weightlifting! Putting on a good playlist and building my muscles makes me feel so accomplished.
